Trainings

Building skills for social innovation

Our trainings support teams and leaders in implementing social innovations in a structured way and embedding them sustainably. At the heart of this is the ignato Method, which maps the entire process from problem definition to scaling. Through practice-oriented formats, concrete tools and exchange within the network, organisations develop the ability to carry innovations forward independently.

Trainings for Adopters

Organisations that wish to adopt existing social innovations need clarity about suitable solutions and their own context. In this training, you will learn how to identify relevant models, assess their transferability and create a solid foundation for implementation.

Trainings for Innovators

Organisations that wish to pass on their own social innovation need a clear model for transfer and scaling. In this training, you will learn how to assess the replication readiness of your solution, structure your knowledge and create a solid foundation for dissemination and growth.

Impact is created through capability. We train teams and leaders to use the ignato Method as a tool for real social change.

Workshop: Strategies for embedding and scaling social innovations
Instead of reinventing the wheel, this workshop focuses on the strategic advantage of adoption: the targeted uptake and adaptation of already tested social solutions. Together with leadership teams, we explore how this approach can accelerate the innovation process for Caritas organisations.

Replication Workshop – Brunnenpassage

From local solution to international replication.
How can a successful project be transferred to other locations or countries? In this practice-oriented workshop, we develop a concrete replication strategy. The aim is to decode the “DNA” of a social innovation in order to pass it on to new partners efficiently and with quality assurance. This was done, for example, with Brunnenpassage, a project from Vienna that shows how art and culture can create spaces for encounter.
